• Do your cases support wireless charging and MagSafe?

  Yes! Most of our slim and hybrid cases work seamlessly with standard wireless chargers and MagSafe accessories. Details are noted on each product page.

• Can I modify or cancel my order?

  Reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once our team begins fulfillment (within our 1–2 day processing window), modifications cannot be guaranteed.

• What if my tracking hasn’t updated?

  If your tracking hasn't moved after 8 business days, email support@cellcrazy.store and we will resolve it with the carrier immediately.
